SUMMARY:Foundations In Paediatric Palliative Care
DESCRIPTION:A 2 day programme developed and delivered by experts who work in The Louis Dundas Centre for Children’s Palliative Care. \nThis interdisciplinary programme is open to all clinical staff including Nurses\, Doctors and Allied Health Professional’s with an interest in Paediatric Palliative Care. \nThe programme will cover a range of topics on advanced care planning\, ethics\, decision making\, assessment\, symptom management\, post death care\, communication and loss and grief\, and is aimed to help deliver the best possible palliative and end of life care. \nThe days will be a mixture of lectures\, small breakout facilitated\ndiscussion groups and Q&A sessions. \nOpen to all clinical staff with an interest in Paediatric Palliative Care. \nFor further information please contact: palliativecare.education@gosh.nhs.uk \nFoundation Programme Poster April-June 2024_ \n
